NKJV Bible by Olive Tree App Reviews

I love this app however since the most recent update which I enjoy but they put a header on top with the name of the book and translation. The main reason I loved using this app was because they took away all the distractions and just gave you the text. Nothing else. Please let us see the whole screen again or give us an option to do so. Other that that this app is the best in the App Store

Loads quickly. I love the way you can highlight passages and customize the way it looks- and remove it. Outstanding app that I refer to often. Easy to access passages quickly.

I use this Bible app daily for just reading as well as for study.

I have enjoyed this app until the last upgrade. I have iOS 8.4.1 on my iPad, and the app freezes after a few seconds of screen manipulation. I am not ready to upgrade to iOS 9 at this time but would greatly enjoy the use of this app until I do so. Thank you.

A very good app.; a better reader than kindle. Doesnt always back track accurately. Highlighting or bookmarking in one Bible highlights or bookmarks all bibles in the same place. It used to just highlight the current, and indicate in bookmarks which it is in. 3/10/15 This used to be a very good app. Now it cant even go to the right verse, or link between publications correctly. Nor does it maintain "History" correctly. I regret having purchased as many books as I did. 11/13/15 This app gets worse every time you update it. Have you ever heard of debugging BEFORE putting into production? History still gets lost. 2 finger gestures frequently dont repaint properly. Bookmark categories apparently cant be deleted. Try to select a word and frequently it takes off turning pages, and then stops between pages. The more you enhance this app the better Tecarta looks.

Ive been using this bible study app for 3 years now. During this time Ive read through the bible many times. Something I wasnt able to do in the past. Partly because its easier to carry an iPad and partly because the app is a joy to use. It has so much things it can do that you just have to play around with it. You can also purchase your own resource materials and build your own library right in your iPad. Thats my favorite part. Many versions of the bible ranks right up there too.

This is an awesome app for anyone looking to learn/study/teach the word of God. I have use a couple of bible apps and this one by far is the best. I highly recommend this app. Hope this review helps! #beblessed

I would like to see the option of being able to return to the 5.9.20 version. It distracts me from the purpose of the app when I have to stop and figure out where things are now or experiment with different options to get the same functionality I had before. Thank you.

I love both the look and interface of this app. It really looks like Im holding my Bible open! Also, finding verses is a breeze, as is highlighting certain texts, taking notes (and then syncing them to my computer), and comparing various versions of the Bible.

I have been a faithful Olive Tree user since the old Palm Pilot days! As a pastor and Sunday school teacher, this is the "mandatory" app I open to prepare a message or lesson. In fact, the vast majority of my "preachers library" is contained within Olive Tree. Every update including the most recent one always provides positive improvements ! The folks at Olive Tree really know how to take care of their product as well as their customers! I use the app across all of my electronic devices, and it is handy that they all stay in sync. And the greatest part of the system is that many of the "study helps" and Bible resources (commentaries, dictionaries, etc. ) track right along with the Bible you may be reading! You will thoroughly enjoy studying with this product.

I love how easy it is to find scripture and to pull up commentaries right along side. Its also very easy to highlight scriptures and take notes.

Love that you can pull up any olive tree book while reading your bible!

When I need to find related information in Bible- pertaining to my daily reading, I pull up this app. I need it ready at my fingertips. Very useful in my studies. Thank you.
